One of my favorite things about living outside of London this time of year is the wealth of wild blackberries. They’re everywhere! I see them growing along the side of the road, near the train tracks, and on the banks of the canals. Virtually every little nook and cranny of the English countryside is home to a blackberry or two just ripe for the picking.
I went out a few days ago and picked this whole container in a matter of minutes. Yum!
